Can I hire the motorhome from any day?
Yes, the motorhome can be hired from any day of the week during low and mid season. However in high season hire is from Saturday to Saturday, with a collection time of after 15:00 on the day of hire and returned by 10am on the last day of hire.
Are the motorhomes fully insured?
Our motorhomes are covered fully by comprehensive motoring insurance. This is to cover any damage to the vehicle, externally and internally, or to third parties. If there is any damage to the vehicle and the accident is your fault you would be liable for the first £1000, in the case where the damage was caused by a third party we would retain the full damage excess until it was agreed that it was the other parties fault. This insurance does not cover your personal belongings so we recommend you ensure that you are covered by a personal insurance policy for your peace of mind.

Can we hire the motorhome at any time of year?
Yes, we hire out all year round.
Where can we take the motorhomes?
You can take the motorhomes anywhere in the UK. We recommend that you take a look at places of local interest as there is a wide range to see and do in Somerset and the nearby counties of Devon, Dorset and Cornwall.
Can we take the motorhome abroad?
Yes!, We can arrange European Insurance and green card for a minimal cost. Please contact us for details.
Can I take my pet?
Some pets are allowed by prior arrangement. For further details visit our 'Dog Friendly Motorhomes' section at the bottom of our Terms and Conditions page.
Can I smoke in the motorhome?
No, we have a strictly no smoking policy.
Why do you need a security deposit of £1000?
This is the deposit taken for any damage caused to the motorhome during the hire period. The security deposit is fully refundable upon return of the vehicle providing it is undamaged, clean, with the waste water tank empty, the toilet tank empty and flushed, and a full tank of fuel.
What equipment comes with the motorhome?
The motorhome comes with crockery. Linen can be supplied on request.
How many drivers are permitted?
One driver is allowed within the hire charges. More drivers can be added at an additional cost. All drivers must be over 25 and under 70 years of age.
Can I leave my vehicle at your premises?
Yes, your vehicle can be left with us for the duration of hire, entirely at the owners own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage.
Is the motorhome fitted with a television?
Yes, a television and DVD player are fitted as standard.
I've read that your motorhomes have a privilege pack in association with the Camping & Caravanning Club. Is this true?
Yes, your Motorhome would indeed contain a privilege pack for the Camping & Caravanning Club. The club has an extensive network of campsites both run by the club and smaller independent campsites. By being a member you can take advantage of discounted pitch fees on their substantial network of campsites. Savings of up to 33% are the norm.
